About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the delivery of client projects and transformation programmes
Building positive relationships with clients, partners and colleagues
Coordinating activities, actions, risks and project documentation
Gathering, analysing and organising information to support decision-making
Supporting workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities
Producing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables
Contributing to business change, process improvement and transformation initiatives
Working collaboratively across project, change, technical and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn
Experience supporting projects, programmes, business change or transformation initiatives would be beneficial
Experience within a consulting, client-facing or professional services environment would be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
