About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product-area roadmap end to end, from customer discovery and validation through launch, iteration, and measurement
Translate company strategy into a focused, prioritized plan and represent it to the leadership team
Partner closely with engineering to drive execution, resolve trade-offs, and ship on fast cycles
Stay close to customers to understand their workflows and product decisions
Lead and grow a small team of PMs through hiring, mentoring, and management while remaining hands-on
Champion a default-to-shipping culture by delivering products quickly and iterating based on learning
Partner closely with the Head of Product
Report to the Head of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience
4+ years of people management experience
Experience shipping multiple iterations of successful B2B products
Ability to work deeply on technical details with engineers and strategically with executives
Startup readiness: autonomy, speed, and initiative
Strong preference for shipping quickly and iterating with users
Candidates must be located in the Greater Boston area
Willingness to work from the Boston office at least 2 days per week
Bonus: prior industry experience in Utilities, Construction, or Engineering Firms
Bonus: prior experience building a workflow platform
Bonus: degree in Civil Engineering or a business degree (MBA)
Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
