About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product-area roadmap end to end, from customer discovery and validation through launch, iteration, and measurement
  • Translate company strategy into a focused, prioritized plan and represent it to the leadership team
  • Partner closely with engineering to drive execution, resolve trade-offs, and ship on fast cycles
  • Stay close to customers to understand their workflows and product decisions
  • Lead and grow a small team of PMs through hiring, mentoring, and management while remaining hands-on
  • Champion a default-to-shipping culture by delivering products quickly and iterating based on learning
  • Partner closely with the Head of Product
  • Report to the Head of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Experience shipping multiple iterations of successful B2B products
  • Ability to work deeply on technical details with engineers and strategically with executives
  • Startup readiness: autonomy, speed, and initiative
  • Strong preference for shipping quickly and iterating with users
  • Candidates must be located in the Greater Boston area
  • Willingness to work from the Boston office at least 2 days per week
  • Bonus: prior industry experience in Utilities, Construction, or Engineering Firms
  • Bonus: prior experience building a workflow platform
  • Bonus: degree in Civil Engineering or a business degree (MBA)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
