About the role
- Coordinate digitization tasks and workflows, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities with stakeholders.
- Provide detailed markup and interpretation of utility engineering records and as-builts.
- Conduct quality assurance on digitized deliverables.
- Interface with subcontractors, internal teams, and customers to facilitate smooth project execution and process scaling.
- Collaborate closely with Data and Customer Success leadership to refine operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering
- Preferred: master's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering
- Prior internship at an ENR500 engineering firm or utility agency
- Preferred: experience with GIS and/or CAD software (ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation)
- Process-driven and always looking to optimize
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment - you value autonomy, creativity, and impact
