Responsible for the management and oversight of the customer project
Completes project scope, creates a timeline, and coordinates training
Works with the customer/internal resources to launch projects within specified timeline, project hours, and budget
Owns the “customer experience” and facilitates all communication through project phases
Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to specific projects or customer questions

Requirements

Must have strong experience with and can adopt various productivity, project, and collaboration tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Sales Force/Cloud Coach, and SharePoint
Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions
Clearly understands processes and executes with high quality
Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices
Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology therein and can communicate the meaning of said documentation effectively to internal and external customers
1+ years’ customer service experience required
