About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial, technology, licensing and framework agreements.
Advise on intellectual property matters, including licensing, trademarks and brand protection.
Support data protection, compliance and incident management across the business.
Partner with stakeholders across the UK, Australia and India to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
Contribute to business-critical projects, including technology transformation, procurement, corporate governance and M&A activity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years' PQE.
Strong experience in commercial contracts, ideally gained within a technology-focused or commercial practice.
Exposure to intellectual property and data protection matters, with experience advising on licensing arrangements highly desirable.
Training gained within a leading City, national or international law firm; in-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
Confident communicator who can translate complex legal issues into clear, pragmatic advice for a range of stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working collaboratively across the business.
