About the role
- You’ll be a key contributor in enhancing and supporting the delivery of our cloud‑based products that are used by public sector organisations across Australia.
- In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable secure, reliable, and scalable deployments.
- You will work closely with engineers across the business, shaping technical discussions, influencing engineering standards, and helping uplift DevOps capability within the team.

Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience with modern DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Experience deploying applications into cloud environments (ideally Azure).
- Solid understanding of cloud deployment architectures and associated tooling.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments.
- Experience contributing to technical design discussions and solution shaping.
- Ability to mentor engineers in troubleshooting, deployment, and best practice.
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Proactive learner who stays up to date with emerging technologies and DevOps approaches.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured, analytical mindset.
- Ability to work comfortably at both detailed and conceptual levels.
- Experience working on modernising legacy applications (highly regarded).
- Experience delivering products or solutions for public sector clients (advantageous).
- Experience in a senior engineering or DevOps‑focused role.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high‑quality, secure, and performant solutions.
