About the role

  • As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you handle customer inquiries and support your clients from first contact through to contract conclusion.
  • You actively acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships.
  • You monitor market trends and provide valuable input to optimize our processes.
  • You also work closely with our Engineering, Project Planning and Inside Sales departments to best meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • You hold a vocational qualification as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), ideally complemented by further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or you have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, you have at least two years' experience in field sales and are willing and able to travel frequently.
  • You have experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and, ideally, with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Zoho, etc.).
  • You are passionate about technology and ideally have experience with products in the e-mobility sector.
  • As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are communicative and can convince C-level executives as a persistent yet personable interlocutor.
