About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement customized service strategies and schedules for assigned clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements for service enhancements and new services.
Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Company standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality control evaluations to maintain excellence.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, and contractual agreements.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for account growth.
Manage procurement and inventory of supplies for client locations.
Utilize CRM and other software tools to track activities, schedule services, and report on account status.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B account management or facility management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel locally as required to client sites.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
