About the role
- Manage strong, lasting relationships with assigned clients and contractors.
- Develop tailored service strategies to fit each client's unique requirements.
- Negotiate contracts for additional services and coordinate logistics and staffing.
- Perform quality inspections and follow up to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Supervise Night Managers to ensure services are executed flawlessly.
- Coordinate supplies procurement and promote additional sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the operations team to resolve any issues promptly.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client activities and schedule tasks efficiently.
- Keep all client service documentation up to date and accurate.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or related fields.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills.
- Friendly, positive personality with great relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits.
