About the role
- Proactively prospect and develop new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Deliver engaging, value-driven presentations that speak to client needs
- Create customized proposals and pricing that align with client goals and budgets
- Negotiate terms and confidently close deals that lead to long-term partnerships
- Coordinate service implementation and launch once a contract is signed
- Partner with internal teams and independent contractors to ensure service delivery is on time, on budget, and up to standard
- Serve as the point of contact during initial execution and transition to Account Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future opportunities
- Be the trusted, go-to person for your clients—someone they can count on
- Track all sales activities, proposals, and communications in our CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
