About the role

  • Proactively prospect and develop new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local outreach
  • Deliver engaging, value-driven presentations that speak to client needs
  • Create customized proposals and pricing that align with client goals and budgets
  • Negotiate terms and confidently close deals that lead to long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate service implementation and launch once a contract is signed
  • Partner with internal teams and independent contractors to ensure service delivery is on time, on budget, and up to standard
  • Serve as the point of contact during initial execution and transition to Account Management
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future opportunities
  • Be the trusted, go-to person for your clients—someone they can count on
  • Track all sales activities, proposals, and communications in our CRM
  • Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
