Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary degree or diploma in adult learning/education, human resources or related field
- Experience managing multiple complex projects
- Considerable experience in design, delivery, reporting and monitoring of training programs
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise
- Knowledge of applicable collective agreements and legislation
