About the role
- Drive access to shelter services and street outreach
- Direct homelessness initiatives with various partners
- Oversee service system management of shelter systems
- Provide executive leadership and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address homelessness issues
Requirements
- University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Extensive experience leading, managing and motivating a diverse workforce
- Considerable financial management experience in developing, recommending and administering a budget
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Experience working in a unionized environment is a strong asset
- Experience leading a Human Services organization will be an asset
