About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This position focuses heavily on data and reporting.
- Serves as the legislative session and reporting liaison for the 24-hour DHHS youth facilities.
- Coordinates all other reporting for the facilities on the state and federal levels.
- Ensures statutory, standard, and internal procedural compliance within facility operations through data monitoring and documentary auditing.
- Facilitates and coordinates process improvements in response to non-compliance findings or procedural revisions.
- Supervises the Compliance Program Manager I in Kearney and indirectly supervises the Compliance Specialists at each facility.
- Additional Duties as Assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, education, health sciences, public health, education, law or related field.
- One year experience in program planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, evaluating, marketing a program or service and supervising/managing staff.
- Related coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Certified in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiar with navigating data entry, collection, and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability in report writing and proofreading.
- Possesses strong communication skills and navigates high-priority requests from internal entities and external stakeholders.
- Valid Driver's license is required.
