  • Serves as a strategic advisor and trusted consultant to leadership and employees.
  • Collaborates closely with managers and leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Helps shape workplace culture, improve employee performance, and guide organizational change.
  • Partners with leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Supports talent planning, succession development, and change management initiatives.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of related experience.
  • Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Five years of experience as a human resources generalist in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruitment or Training and Development preferred.
  • HR Certification as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Nebraska Driver's License.
