HR Specialist Manager – HR Business Partner II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a strategic advisor and trusted consultant to leadership and employees.
- Collaborates closely with managers and leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Helps shape workplace culture, improve employee performance, and guide organizational change.
- Partners with leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Supports talent planning, succession development, and change management initiatives.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of related experience.
- Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
- Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Five years of experience as a human resources generalist in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruitment or Training and Development preferred.
- HR Certification as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Must possess a valid Nebraska Driver's License.
