• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Branch.
• Establish and implement Branch priorities and programs that align to corporate vision, goals, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships with internal and external management and stakeholders.
• Direct/manage complex, multi-million dollar value contracts extending over multiple years.
• Direct the operations of the work unit, including services and organization structure;
• Manage financial and human resources; and be accountable for hiring and firing, performance management, and discipline of staff as necessary.
• Act as spokesperson for the employer at the first step of the grievance process.
