About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage mid-sized strategic projects and workstreams, including planning, analysis, execution, communication, and performance tracking
- Develop project plans, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals and revenue cycle improvement initiatives
- Conduct detailed data analysis and performance assessments to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Create executive-ready presentations and reports supporting strategic decision-making and business priorities
- Perform market research, evaluate vendors, and assess innovative solutions to improve revenue cycle operations
- Partner with operational, IT, and finance teams to implement process improvements and technology-enabled solutions
- Build stakeholder relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted consultative resource for strategic initiatives
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and data-driven solutions supporting continuous improvement
- Support change management and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts and provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Additional relevant experience may substitute for the minimum educational requirement
- Experience leading strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, or operational improvement efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in healthcare or complex organizational settings preferred
- Lean Six Sigma, project management, healthcare analytics training, PMP, HFMA CRCR, or similar certifications are preferred
