About the role

  • Support, monitor, and report on all cash management activities across City of Hope
  • Ensure timely and accurate cash processing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and standards
  • Core responsibilities include cash positioning, funding, and forecasting across multiple legal entities
  • Daily monitoring of bank accounts to support efficient cash movement
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Corporate Accounting & Operations, Philanthropy, and Planned Giving

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management or a retail banking environment
  • Understanding of treasury operations including cash management, cash investments, and bank account administration
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Proficiency with advanced spreadsheets and financial modeling
  • Solid understanding of key finance and accounting concepts
  • Ability to support cross‑functional projects and process improvements within treasury operations
  • Preferred CTP certification (Certified Treasury Professional)
