Execute the Hamilton Harbour Remedial Action Plan
Ensure compliance with the Clean Water Act and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven demonstrated knowledge and experience in the theories and practices of water/wastewater/stormwater service delivery and processes
Previous management and leadership experience preferably in a municipal environment
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in water resource management and environmental governance
Ability to work with management professionals across multiple disciplines
Understanding of municipal infrastructure programming
Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant guidelines, statutes, acts, regulations and by-laws
Ability to engage staff in a progressive leadership style within a union environment
Consulting skills including analysis, planning, implementation, and project management
Proficiency in software applications used in business or financial analysis and report presentation (e.g., PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, Outlook)
