Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver and administer core transactional and portfolio management functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree and training in Urban Planning, Economics, Business, or Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
Experience in real estate transactions, negotiating property transfers
Knowledge of Ontario Municipal Act, Planning Act, and relevant property legislation
Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Project management experience in real estate and portfolio planning
Research and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications
Class G driver's licence valid in Ontario
