About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Treasury Management Sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide treasury solutions to prospects and existing clients
  • Prepare proposals and implement products and services
  • Examine internal client data and external third-party data to improve revenue generation and operational performance
  • Perform daily and implementation-related operations functions for treasury service offerings
  • Deliver support to bank clients and coordinate with internal and external contacts regarding service requests, inquiries, and technical issues
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Management Director on pitch book maintenance, pipeline management, reporting, pricing reviews, relationship reviews, profitability and cost analysis, pricing database development, sales opportunities, and contact management
  • Research, design, and facilitate implementation of new products and services with leadership
  • Evaluate and analyze data attributes and develop processes to improve operational performance while adhering to department policies and procedures
  • Perform client analysis and contribute to proposal generation with Treasury Sales Officers
  • Resolve client issues promptly using established procedures and escalate as needed
  • Apply knowledge of Treasury Management products and solutions to support marketing efforts
  • Educate bank officers about department products using approved materials and guidelines
  • Partner with Treasury Sales Officers to propose and implement Treasury Management solutions with management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking or a related financial services field, involving client support and operational processes under established guidelines
  • Exposure to treasury management functions or cash management products preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using banking systems and technology platforms
  • Applied knowledge of cash management products and competitor offerings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
  • Working knowledge of bank and treasury management products and service offerings
  • Good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
