About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of business clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, including deposits, loans, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct preliminary financial statement analysis and creditworthiness assessments.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team and develop sales strategies.

Requirements
