Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of experience in client service
- Demonstrated ability to address client inquiries
- In-depth expertise in banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proficient in utilizing loan/depository systems and banking software
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities
- Associate's Degree in Business or a related field
