Working knowledge of Commercial and Commercial Real Estate lending products
Familiarity with operational risk monitoring practices, governance procedures, and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
