About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support function to enable effective centralised rostering throughout the complex division
  • Cover outstanding shifts and prioritise emergency requirements
  • Support the Deputy Scheduling Team Manager and Scheduling Team Manager with all tasks associated with BAU

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure and to tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with Clients and Staff
  • Investigation and collating of information is central to the role
  • Customer service, call centre or administrative experience
  • Experience of rota design or covering rotas within a health and social care setting would be advantageous
