About the role
- Leads the efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs.
- Supports the effort for highly complex projects and all levels of programs.
- Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects through research and fact-finding activities.
- Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles.
- Conducts process improvement programs and projects by proposing, completing, and analyzing business models, data models, and hybrid enterprise models.
- Identifies best practices, documents and assesses performance measurements, and identifies business process and technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
- Provides expertise to business analysis framework improvement programs by assessing and providing recommendations.
- Applies business analysis on moderately to highly complex projects, scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.
Requirements
- 15 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
- Ability to lead moderately complex business analysis efforts.
- Technical expertise in one or more business analysis-related disciplines.
- Exhibits strong communication, facilitation, formal document writing, and presentation skills.
- Provide screen mocks for new/rewritten functionality
- Interact with business stakeholders to gain signoff on-screen designs, flow, and functionality
- Provide functional expertise (working with Scrum Master and developers) for project backlog creation and maintenance
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint kickoffs, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review/retrospectives, and end-of-sprint demos.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Active IRS clearance (MBI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
