About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- assist Senior Transactors in originating, structuring, and executing debt solutions for our Commercial Banking Clients
- support new asset-based deal opportunities with analysis of capital structure, borrowing base, credit profile, market comparables, and industry research
- develop targeted prospecting lists and join Senior Transactors in client and prospect meetings
- assist in creation of pitch materials and propose appropriate structures
- work with underwriting partners to shepherd internal approvals and negotiate legal documentation
- maintain attention to detail and complete work in assigned timeframes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Asset Based Finance
- strong financial, analytic, and credit skills
- experience in working with complex capital structures
- team player, able to facilitate strong partnerships
- excellent written and presentation skills
