About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts, identify suspicious patterns and take appropriate action to protect clients.
- Address clients concern by verifying recent charges and account activity, collecting key information to evaluate and confirm potential fraudulent transactions. Address service-related requests and concerns with accuracy and professionalism across all inbound and outbound client interactions.
- Determine and apply the appropriate verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver solutions to client issues by drawing on all available resources, working with limited supervision to resolve calls efficiently.
- Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, upholding Citi's policies and ethical standards while escalating issues transparently when required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, or service-oriented role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively handle and resolve client inquiries.
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and organize information clearly.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information accurately to clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
