About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the strategic transformation and expansion of collateral monitoring and margin capabilities globally
Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Lending business
Lead the strategic development and execution of a global target operating model
Manage and inspire a high-performing global team
Oversee all aspects of global collateral monitoring, valuation, and margin call processes
Collaborate extensively with Technology, Product Development, and other operational teams
Accountable for functional strategy, budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial services operations
8-10 years in senior leadership role overseeing Collateral Management, Margin Operations, or related critical control function
Deep understanding of wealth management lending products, collateral types, margin methodologies, and associated market and credit risks.
Strong awareness and practical experience with modern financial technologies, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence concepts relevant to operations and risk management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
