About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Reward Product initiatives, ensuring customer-facing features launch on time, at quality, and with measurable impact on the customer experience.
- Define and maintain a prioritized Product backlog in partnership with Product Management and other stakeholders, sequencing work according to business imperatives.
- Translate business objectives into detailed feature specifications, user stories, and high-level requirements that development teams can act on immediately.
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers that challenge sprint or release goals, proactively coordinating across technical and business teams to keep work on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product vision and drive concept development from ideation through to execution.
- Communicate roadmaps, timelines, and status updates to Senior Leadership and working-level teams, tailoring the message clearly for each audience.
- Balance delivery timelines and team capacity, influencing stakeholders and technology partners to achieve the best possible outcome.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Technology Delivery, Project Management, or similar disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and deliverables simultaneously across both business and technical workstreams without losing accuracy or pace.
- Fluency in user story development, technical documentation, and agile delivery tooling, including JIRA and Confluence, to a standard that enables teams to execute independently.
- Working knowledge of APIs, digital user experience design, and how front-end interactions connect to back-end systems, batch processing, and data flows.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, establish clear priorities in ambiguous situations, and create structure where it does not yet exist.
- Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders across Technology, Product, and business functions to align on scope, timing, and delivery approach.
- Relationship management or cross-organizational partnership, with the ability to maintain productive working relationships across internal and external teams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
