Relationship Manager – Director
CitiSenior Relationship Manager focused on developing banking relationships for US CCB clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver financial solutions within the Industrials sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire new, multi-product clients for the Bank and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis
- Own, respond to, uncover, and anticipate future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
- Actively build a new business pipeline and call on clients and develop relationships at multiple levels across the client organization
- Client-level planning, budget, and revenue responsibilities
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
- Work closely with cash management implementation team, Cash Sales Managers, Underwriting / Risk teams, Markets experts and RM Associates daily
- Coordinate with Product and Investment Banking coverage to deliver Product solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all times
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience with Commercial clients in the Industrials sector
- Must have in-depth knowledge of banking products and services typically utilized by middle market clients
- FINRA Licensing - SIE, Series 63 & 79 (current or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
