About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take end-to-end ownership of core client and account operational data
Champion and enforce a design philosophy centered on resiliency
Lead the development, configuration, and optimization of enterprise workflow solutions (e.g., Pega)
Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines
Implement and enforce rigorous data quality controls
Develop and manage resilient data services and APIs
Monitor and manage the health of client and account data systems
Work closely with upstream data providers, downstream application teams, operations, and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in technology roles within financial services
Deep understanding of client onboarding data flows, KYC/AML data requirements, and account lifecycle management within a wealth management context
Hands-on experience with enterprise workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, with specific experience in Pega being highly desirable
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Proficiency in data pipeline development using Python or similar languages
Experience with RESTful API design and development, with a focus on reliability and performance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
