Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience (13+ years) with handling Pega projects and Smart investigate framework knowledge.
Solid understanding of software architecture.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
