Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong hands-on experience (13+ years) with handling Pega projects and Smart investigate framework knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
