About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues constructively.
- Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the team's projects.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects within established budgets and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and practices.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures, including code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience (13+ years) with handling Pega projects and Smart investigate framework knowledge.
- Solid understanding of software architecture.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
