Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the acceleration of Small Business card growth and customer retention by defining go-forward strategies informed by analytics and market dynamics.
Own the Small Business cards portfolio P&L end-to-end.
Deliver continuous product enhancements to keep Citi's Small Business cards competitive.
Partner with key stakeholders to drive customer engagement.
Build and manage external partnerships and deployment opportunities.
Lead, develop, and support a team dedicated to the small business segment.
Embed a strong risk and control mindset into all business decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years sales management experience.
People management experience.
Extensive experience in the small business banking segment.
Deep knowledge of consumer/small business banking products and the competitive landscape.
Record of delivering and managing P&L outcomes in a metric-driven environment.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions.
Solid understanding of compliance obligations and regulatory requirements in a consumer financial services context.
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred and managerial experience
