About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Timely execution of the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) program
- Understanding of the Risk & control framework
- Perform control testing and publication of test reports
- Lead/participate in strategic initiatives
- Involve in Control & Monitoring Design Assessment (CMDA) meetings
- Proactively identify monitoring breaks and suggest enhancements
- Manage a strong stakeholder connect through regular touchpoint meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Risk
- Experience in working with various risk and control systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of operational risk and gap identification
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Bachelor's/University degree
