About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage in the Build and support activities for RunBook Automation (RBA)
  • Help in onboarding applications for adoption based on their criticality
  • Provide regular updates to management including accomplishments, challenges, risks and dependencies
  • Collaborate with respective technology teams to get APIs for inclusion within RBA
  • Utilize Agile methodology and tools for new onboardings, developments of new features, enhancements
  • Participate in review meetings relating technology tools strategies to business requirements
  • Assure adherence to all support process and tool standards
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6 years of IT experience
  • Strong hands-on programming experience with Java, Python, Angular and Spring Boot
  • Good understanding of both relational and non-relational databases, specifically in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Strong working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments, including system navigation and process management
  • Shell scripting (bash, ksh, sh) for automation tasks
  • Experience developing web applications, implementing automation solutions
  • Some experience in a production support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management Certification is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English.
