Lead the Prime Brokerage Margin Operations capability
Drive functional transformation, implementing best-in-class margin and collateral organization
Provide SME leadership on Reg T, Portfolio Margin (PM), FINRA rules
Drive Strategy and Transformation and set operational and technical vision
Design and govern future-ready operating models, tools, and frameworks
Implement and oversee strong risk management and control capabilities
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, cultivating a robust service and control environment
Coach and mentor team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree preferred
10+ years’ experience in financial services with specific experience leading global Prime Brokerage margin functions.
Strong appreciation of Prime margin processes, regulations, securities products, practices, and risks
Preferably at a large financial services firm
Expert knowledge of US regulatory frameworks
Strong, influential communicator
Innovative, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively add product impact to both strategic and tactical technology
Analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
