About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Product Performance Management Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance
Works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow
Integrates subject matter and industry knowledge within a defined area
Evaluates variable and, at times, complex issues with major impact
Implements performance improvement strategies
Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs
Manages ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products
Partners closely with sales teams to identify client opportunities
Prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for Citi clients
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years of experience
Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals
experience with e-commerce solutions preferred
Complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought
In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution
Developed diplomacy skills are required
Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
