About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operations support services including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening
- Serve as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients
- Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices
- Provide regular status updates for all project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates
- Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements
- Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts
- Create, manage, and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow-ups across various departments
- Focus on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dispute process
- Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem solve capabilities
- Ability to work occasional weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing
- Working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, Continuity of Business (CoB) testing, and creating and resolving Trust Receipts (TR’s)
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
