About the role
- Provide operations support services including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team
- Serve as liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients
- Perform in-depth evaluation of operations and business processes, family procedures, and industry standards to identify and resolve complex problems
- Influence decisions through advice and counsel and facilitate services to others in area
- Act as analytical and procedural expert representing a unit or team on cross-function operational processes and project deliverables
- Liaise with multiple teams across the Operations department and coordinate/contribute to initiatives supporting Operations goals
- Assume informal and formal leadership roles, coach and train new recruits
- Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgement and autonomy; act as SME to senior stakeholders
- Assess risk, drive compliance with laws/rules/policies, and escalate/manage/report control issues
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
