Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and execution of Citi Commerce's go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and competitive intelligence
Contribute to the development of Citi Commerce's value proposition, helping to ensure the business goes to market with a clear message
Support both Citi Commerce's advertising and card linked offers businesses, focusing on how these capabilities work together
Collaborate with Advertiser Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to support the translation of strategic priorities into market-ready materials
Prepare materials for internal executive forums, Steering Committees, and leadership reviews to support alignment and decision-making
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related field, with exposure to advertising, media, or adtech
Ability to support the creation of market-facing materials and narratives
Analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to assist in synthesizing information into clear insights
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagerness to collaborate across teams
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Bachelor's/University degree required
