About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, development and support of high-performance market making & electronic trading systems
- Partner with business users, quant researchers and clients on product development
- Manage and support a global team of developers & QA specialists
- Continuous improvements of SDLC processes including Agile delivery, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines & support processes
- Envision, design and implement test cases for trading functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge either Java, Rust or C++
- Demonstrable expertise in low-latency trading, zero garbage techniques and performance tuning of OS & network interactions
- Prior experience in leading global development teams
- Previous experience in developing automated trading platforms
- Strong understanding of automated testing techniques
- Solid understanding of SDLC practices including Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrable ability to present & grasp complex concepts in a multicultural environment
