About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to support clients in the opening/closing of cash accounts, movement of funds, intra-day funds management and compliance in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team.
Ensure the seamless delivery of high volume cash management and transaction services.
Define, develop, and execute the Digital Assets, eCommerce solutions operations strategy.
Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of digital assets, and the e-commerce solutions including management of the flows, settlement processes, fronting client solutions and reconciliation.
Lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of new solutions and applications, and DLT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Partner closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all digital assets/ eCommerce solutions operations adhere to global regulatory requirements.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of digital operations specialists, blockchain engineers, and eCommerce analysts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience of progressive leadership experience in digital operations, payment networks, A giant framework , technology, or financial services, directly focused on digital assets, and/or distributed ledger technologies.
Good understanding of crypto and blockchain fundamentals (e.g. Stablecoins, Digital currencies, Hyperledger), various consensus mechanisms, decentralized finance, smart contracts, and token standards
Proven track record of building and scaling complex operational processes, ideally in a highly regulated environment.
Experience with operations, settlement, and reconciliation is highly desirable.
Strong comprehension of the current regulatory landscape for digital assets globally, and an ability to translate regulations into actionable operational and technical requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), cloud platforms, and data analytics tools.
