About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team.
Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) script writing and execution.
Facilitating the operational implementation of new technology and system projects.
Managing file transmissions and addressing failures and maintenance for robots and processing equipment.
Collaborating with technology partners to resolve system issues efficiently.
Ensuring trends are measured with data, and addressed proactively at the root cause.
Effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in Production Support, Application Support, Business Analysis, or Project/program Management (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a related role with experience in trade/cash operations and management
Knowledge of APS or lockbox operation is required
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, possibly Access)
Effective verbal and written communication and strong analytical skills
Resolution-oriented approach required
Strong documentation skills (technical documents, reports, meeting minutes, notes).
Availability: Flexible with work schedule - able to provide escalation/production support on-call, as needed, including many nights and weekends.
Must be a US citizen or US legal resident
