Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and own the multi-year technology strategy for Workstation, including CRM and practice management
Oversee the entire SDLC for associated applications
Act as the primary technology partner to senior business leaders
Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of product managers, software engineers, and business analysts
Ensure the platform serves as a central source of truth for client data
Architect and manage seamless integration with other enterprise systems
Manage relationships with key technology vendors and oversee the budget
Ensure all solutions adhere to strict enterprise-wide standards for compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15 years in a senior technology leadership role
5 years hands-on experience with enterprise-scale front office & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Proven track record leading large, globally distributed technology teams
Significant experience within the financial services industry (Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking)
Expert-level knowledge of front office architecture, data models, and best practices
Ability to partner with and influence senior business executives
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies
Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets.
