About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise a business analytic team supporting one large system or multiple systems
Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects
Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area
Work as a team to achieve objectives and negotiate with internal and external parties
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
Ability to manage teams
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Clarify technical or functional doubts to Business and Technology teams
Participate in the design of test cases and accompany tests in DEV and QA

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Ingeniero en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática, Maestría en Tecnología o carrera afín indispensable
Más de 10 años en Tecnología o áreas relacionadas (mandatorio)
Más de 3 años trabajando en la Industria Bancaria, idealmente
Amplia experiencia en la ejecución de soluciones o implementación tecnológica para productos y servicios de Back Bancario, de preferencia en sistema de Compras o Real Estate
Experiencia en la implementación de proyectos de ERPs; de preferencia de SAP u Oracle
Educación de Posgrado o Diplomado en Gestión de Proyectos, Certificación de PMI o equivalente deseable
Gestión de presupuesto de proyectos y entendimiento del proceso general de Compras o Real Estate
Conocimiento en el diseño e integración de arquitecturas con sistemas legados
Experiencia en el uso funcional de algún ERP o sistema Financiero del mercado con módulos de Compras o Finanzas
Nivel de inglés avanzado y vocabulario técnico.
