Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of project management professionals
Provide leadership, oversight and hands-on delivery and coordination of large-scale programs
Directly manage the Lending Project Management team
Lead end‑to‑end program and project execution
Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, manage dependencies and risks
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
Develop and manage integrated programs of work
Facilitate and resolve large-scale, cross-program issues
Establish and maintain strong governance, reporting and communication cadence
Promote consistency, leverage, and continuous improvement across program execution
Partner with senior stakeholders to define objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of demonstrated experience in leading the execution and implementation of complex business strategies
8–10+ years of managerial experience
Demonstrated track record leading large, strategic, cross‑functional programs or portfolios involving multiple stakeholders
Managed end-to-end lifecycle of AI-enabled initiatives
Led change management strategies to support AI adoption
Drove adoption of AI-powered tools to improve project delivery efficiency
Exceptional ability to liaise with and influence senior leadership
Prior experience in program/project management, PMO leadership, consulting, technology, or business transformation
Proven experience working in financial services or similarly regulated, risk‑managed environment
