Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
Integrate and leverage agentic AI tools and platforms through advanced prompt engineering to enhance development and operational efficiency.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations that meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers to ensure data availability, accuracy, and optimal performance for Tableau reporting.
Work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and visualization designs.
Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience, implementing best practices for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Assist in data modeling efforts to support analytical reporting, ensuring data structures are efficient and aligned with reporting needs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of dashboards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to business rules.
Establish and enforce Tableau development standards, governance policies, and security protocols.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Tableau reports, data sources, and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

11 -17 Years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
