About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the effective coordination, management and delivery of all aspects of the CPB Investments Business within the region
Manage both direct and matrix reports across the Investments business to ensure the business meet financial targets
Development and execution of the region’s broader business strategy
Through continuous direct client interaction, solicit client feedback on CPB’s Investments business
Provide leadership as the “Face” of the Investments business to all clients in the region
Manages a large team of investment professionals including Investment Counselors and Product Specialists
Works effectively across the region to build strong client relationships
Deliver continued revenue growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience
Extensive experience in providing investment advice and solutions
Managerial experience
CFA, MBA degree or other advance degree a plus
Demonstrable track record in managing a business P&L
Demonstrable track record in managing sales and service functions associated with a large and complex client-focused investment organization
S7, S66 (or 63) & S3; NOTE: Securities Industry Exam (SIE is a prerequisite to the S7)
