About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage one or more teams and a component of the fraud loss portfolio
- Manage fraud losses and ensure the team supports the portfolio
- Make decisions using a risk/reward and customer centric balance
- Monitor execution of operational objectives, authorization detection strategies and goals
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions
- Direct area supported and oversee the delivery of end results and budget management
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-10 years of experience in a related role
- Basic knowledge of the industry required
- Proven success in a similar position
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
