Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end projects from defining scope, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders to ensuring successful, on-time delivery meeting business needs.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including charters, business requirements, plans, and risk/issue logs.
Monitor project progress, resources, and risks, identifying and escalating issues promptly and providing timely, clear updates and presentations to all stakeholders, including senior management.
Lead business analysis efforts, clarify requirements, and drive the development and implementation of innovative, efficient processes for Equities Operations.
Apply robust risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance to protect the firm's reputation.
Drive resource planning and foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other departments.
Champion change management and undertake additional strategic projects/tasks as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Project Management and Business Analysis
Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Cleared OTC knowledge preferred
7+ years operations experience (preferably in banking)
Critical thinking and problem solving
Strong ability in use of Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word, Excel, Access)
Proficient with the project life cycle (Waterfall & Agile)
